Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We offer a full 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your Pengu WalkPad Pro for any reason, we will arrange a return and issue a full refund — no questions asked.

To initiate a return, simply email us at support@pengutime.com with your order number and we will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to your original payment method.

We cover return shipping costs on all defective or damaged items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
